And if you want to get away from the bustle of the city, don't hesitate to take an excursion to Everglades National Park, a unique natural wonder and one of the wildest areas of the United States, or visit Key Biscayne, an island off the southern coast, where you can learn about the history of the country in just a few square kilometres.

From several points of the city there are excursions in glass-bottom boats, which are perfect for discovering this protected maritime area. Its waters are home to lovely coral reefs, tropical fish, sea turtles and manatees, amongst other species.
Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden:
It's one of the largest tropical botanic gardens in the United States. Its eleven flowery lakes and ponds are an explosion of colour and a sight for sore eyes.
